Credit card required when booking My schedule is flexible but by appointment only; service prices are subject to change due to my inventory & maintenance cost fluctuations, at maximum once per year No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, discretion up to Amy Lin Beauty LLC New clients coming from previous artist MUST book an EXTENDED fill I will always take a late arrival just note appointment will end at scheduled time Any lash fill beyond a month must book a full set LASHES Keep eyes dry for 24 hours post appointment (extensions & lash lifts) Avoid excessive heat, rubbing, pulling, curling, or lifting extensions Avoid oil based & waterproof makeup Clean lashes twice a day with approved lash extension cleansers & brushes (I have approved products for sale) WAXING Skin sensitivity is common up to one week before, during, & one week post menstrual cycle For best results please allow at least 1/4” of hair & at least 4-6 weeks of growth Tanning immediately before or after a waxing treatment is not advised MICROBLADING/SEMIPERMANENT COSMETICS Must be 18 or older to receive these services A deposit of $50 is required to book these services If coming to me from a different artist please mention when booking THANK YOU & AS ALWAYS I APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS 🫶🏼
